No Gym, No Shaving—Just Start Working Out at Home!

Hello to my dear readers! I know you have been waiting for me for a long time. I'm sorry I haven't been around much. To be honest, I don't even know why I haven't been around?!


Well, today I want to talk to you about working out! Very boring and tiring, I know!!! Trust me, I hate working out, and the fact that I'm slim makes it a lot more difficult to commit to it. But once in a while, I feel excruciating pain in my shoulders and neck, and then I realize that I probably should work out, because if I don't, my muscles are going to cramp by any sudden movement. No, I'm not kidding. Literally every little activity that I do, because my body is not warmed up, I feel spasms all over my muscles. So I decided to get over my laziness and start working out!


I started 3 days ago, and I'm hoping to continue it for a while. And of course, I'd love to share my life decisions with you too. Maybe it will also affect your lives!

So you see, no one is perfect, and if you think someone is, they're definitely faking it! You can work out if you don't smell like flowers, or if you have hair all over your body, or even if you don't have enough money to get a gym membership! At this point, the only thing stopping you is you! So get yourself up and start doing some workout. At least that's what I told myself to motivate myself to get up and respect my body, because want it or not, I'm trapped in this and I have to make it work!


I'm still depressed, by the way, but I think getting up and doing some movement will help regardless. I'm gonna try this for a while and report later if it had any effect on my mental health.


I will also add some links below, which are YouTube videos of workouts that I'm currently doing. Remember, start slow, because trust me, our bodies are gonna hurt for a few days, especially my freaking legs! The calves are painful so much!
